HoldTheCart provides product-research tools, buying guides, comparisons, saved-item features, and price-related information. The service is informational. It does not sell the products shown and is not a party to a transaction between you and a retailer.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. The service is not intended for children under 13. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Prices, inventory, sellers, shipping, taxes, coupons, configurations, and product specifications can change without notice. Observation times describe when HoldTheCart received or recorded information; the retailer page controls the current offer and final purchase terms.

Recommendations depend on the requirements and evidence available at the time. They are not warranties that a product will meet every need. Verify safety requirements, compatibility, measurements, warranties, and merchant terms before purchasing.

Some links can earn HoldTheCart a commission, including qualifying Amazon purchases. Affiliate compensation does not control product inclusion or ranking. Third-party sites and services have their own terms, privacy practices, content, and availability, and HoldTheCart is not responsible for them.

You may not:

• Attempt to access another user's account, private data, credentials, or restricted administration tools.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass service, retailer, provider, or rate-limit controls.
• Submit malicious code, credential-bearing URLs, or content intended to manipulate automated research systems.
• Resell or republish substantial service output as a competing product-data feed without written permission.

HoldTheCart and its licensors retain rights in the service, design, code, original guides, and compiled research. You retain rights in content you submit and authorize us to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, especially when a retailer or data provider changes access, licensing, or rate limits. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service or other users.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free data, merchant availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Aboveground Systems LLC is not liable for retailer conduct, purchasing decisions, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so those limits apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
